Lean production is the continuous improvement of the enterprise's existing process.Through the lean production management mode,the enterprise can focus on the customer requirement,use of internal resources efficiently,eliminate waste and create greater economic benefits for the enterprise and customers.However,many enterprises often encounter many problems in the process of implementing lean production,which results in that the improvement points of lean production project cannot be effectively implemented,the lean project progress is slow and the project implementation result is poor.At present,company A still adopts the traditional critical path method as the management method of project schedule control.However,based on the defects of the critical path method and combined with the characteristics that lean production projects need multi department cooperation and multi improvement tasks are carried out simultaneously,the traditional critical path method of project schedule management has been unable to effectively solve the problem of lean production project schedule management.Therefore,this paper chooses the key chain technology as a more scientific and efficient project schedule management method,and takes the lean production project of high-speed elevator control cabinet of company A as the research object.In the lean production project of company A,the project schedule is formulated and managed through the key chain technology,so that the lean production project of high-speed elevator control cabinet of company A can be completed on time and achieve the expected implementation effect,it effectively solves the schedule management problems encountered by company A in lean production projects.At the same time,through actual case analysis,comparative research,qualitative and quantitative research methods,this paper analyzes in detail the shortcomings of company A's traditional project schedule management methods,proves the improvement effect of key chain technology on company A's project schedule management through actual case analysis.This paper proved that compares the traditional project schedule management methods,the key chain technology is more scientific and efficient on project schedule management,and in particular for the progress management of lean production projects.First of all,this paper discusses the background and significance of the research,and expounds the research content and methods of this paper.Then this paper analyzes the industry background of company A and the current situation of lean production project schedule management of company A,explains the limitations of traditional project schedule management methods of company A,and the necessity of using key chain technology to improve lean production project schedule management of company A.Then,based on the relevant theoretical research,the paper analyzes the advantages of the key chain technology based on the constraint theory compared with the traditional critical path method,and constructs the lean production project schedule management method based on the key chain technology.Finally,through the data results of the actual case,the improvement effect of key chain technology on the implementation of lean production project schedule management is analyzed in detail.By comparing the results of key chain technology and critical path method in the actual project schedule preparation and schedule control,it is verified that key chain technology is a more scientific and effective management method for project schedule management.Through the practical application of the key chain technology in the actual project of the enterprise,it can summarize,analyze and improve the effects and problems of the key chain technology for the lean production project schedule management of the enterprise,lay a good foundation for company A to introduce and promote the key chain technology as the scientific management method of the enterprise project schedule in the future project management,and has played a positive role for the future enterprise A to optimize and upgrading of project management mode.
