Study On The Relationship Between Technological Innovation-oriented And Business Performance In High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise

High-end equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic industry for the development of national economy and national defense construction, and its development level is an important symbol to measure the degree of national modernization and comprehensive national strength. In recent years, China’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry has remained rapid development, becoming an important equipment manufacturing country, but we do not have a lot of core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, what’s the worse, the quality of our country’s mainstream technology equipment is obviously lagging behind the world advanced level, and our major equipment manufacturing technology capabilities need to be improved. Due to the important strategic position of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, it’s development level become the key factor to determine whether the industrial level can realize the transformation from big to strong. At the present, China’s high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises generally adopt the technology innovation oriented strategy, so we try to analyze whether and how the technological innovation oriented can influence the performance in the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise.First of all, we takes the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise of Hebei Province as the research object, and we reading a lot of papers in this field to collect and refining the dimensions and measurement indexes of technology innovation orientation and enterprise performance, then we combine these dimensions and indexes with the specific industry characteristics of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to determine the technological innovation oriented and enterprise performance measurement scale. At the same time, according to the influencing factors of technological innovation orientation, we derive the ability factors of the innovation team, and finally set up the innovative team competency scale, which in accordance with the requirements of technology innovation oriented strategy.Then through the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, we explore and establish the relationship model of technological innovation oriented, innovative team competency and enterprise performance, we discuss the relationship between technology innovation orientation and business performance under this model, and analyzes the mediating effect of innovation team competency in the relationship of technology innovation orientation and enterprise performance, revealing the mechanism between the innovation orientation and business performance.Finally, according to the conclusion, the paper puts forward the suggestions from two aspects: adhering to the technology innovation oriented strategy and adhering to the innovation talent strategy. These recommendations are of great significance for how to effectively take use of the positive role of technological innovation oriented strategy in promoting enterprise performance, improving the innovation team competency, and ultimately realizing the great improvement of enterprise performance of high-end equipment making enterprise.
