With the continuous development and improvement of China's economic level, in the process of industrial production and consumption, a large number of waste, resource comprehensive utilization rate is low, which restricts the sustainable development of China's economic and social development. The construction of eco industrial park can effectively deal with and coordinate resources and environment problems, and is an effective way to solve the problem of "garbage siege" and "energy shortage".Based on the above problems, this paper through the Dalian national eco industrial demonstration park construction present situation analysis, combined with China's current ecological park construction and the present situation of theoretical knowledge to carry on the research analysis, summarized the applicable to our country national condition the ecological garden construction scheme, in order to provide advice and suggestion for future ecological park construction in China. This paper firstly by the ecological park construction related to the review were summarized, combined with theoretical data collection of domestic and international ecological park construction were analyzed, summarized the domestic and foreign industrial park construction experience, in order to develop the route and research direction of this paper.
