Research Of Interaction Process Of Major Science And Technology Project Decision-Making

Major science and technology project is a complex and important decision making problems related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,involved in multiple interests,and its success or failure of decision-making has important influence for the state,the society and individuals.Therefore,in order to improve the reliability and scientific of decision-making,and reduce the risk in the decision-making process,we need research interactive and feedback in multi-stage,multi-agent,multi-level decision-making process,share fully decision-making information and knowledge,and improve the quality and effects of decision-making.Especially the Internet environment provide new information interaction platform for interactive decision of major science and technology project,and further promote to reach interaction consensus of major science and technology project.In this paper we define the concept of major science and technology project,put forward decision-making concepts and characteristics of the major science and technology project and analyze specifically some relevant decision factors such as decision-making body,decision-making environment,decision-making procedures,etc;secondly,we use the Internet as the background,make full use of the Internet information interaction platform,and construct horizontal interaction dimension,vertical interaction and time interaction three-dimensional interactive decision-making model of the major science and technology project based on the hall three dimensions tructure model,and on this basis,we construct respectively the horizontal interaction,vertical interaction and time interaction model,at the same time we analyze and discuss them systematically;Finally,we adopt fuzzy set method and quantitative methods,such as binary semantic to construct interactive consensus model of the major science and technology project decision,and in view of conflict in the interaction process of the major science and technology project,we analyze specifically conflict types and impact factors,put forward conflict management strategy of the major science and technology project,in order to improve engineering decision efficiency and performance,and ensure the smooth implementation of the major science and technology project.Last but not least,we can provide reference for decision-making practice of the major science and technology project.
