The Research Of Enterprise's Decision-making Errors And Countermeasures

Decision-making error is the biggest blunder. The enterprise's Decision-making errors decide it's fate. This paper reviews the decision-making error theory of domestic and foreign enterprises firstly. Then using management science theory, the constitution important units of the enterprise sustainable development ability are induced and abstracted, and the enterprise decision-making misplay are classified.According to the two causal relations, the multiple and many entity linear regression model is established. Finally on the basis of above research, combining with several companys'phenomenon and cases, the decision errors of our country enterprise are effectively reduced and avoided, the enterprise sustainable development countermeasure is realized. The author thought that the reducing decision-making errors and realizing the science decision-making are a system engineering, which must start from perfecting enterprise decision-making mechanism, regulating enterprise decision-making procedure, using scientific decision-making method and perfecting decision-making regulation.
