Study On Main Delivery Actors In Technology Delivery System (TDS) Based On Multi-data Sources

With the rapid development of science and technology,technology innovation palys an important role in promote economic growth and improve competitiveness of science and technology.By systematically showing and revealing important factors or relationships in the technology innovation process,Technology Delivery System(TDS)can help technology innovation participants to understand technology innovation process deeply.Identifying who are main delivery actors,clearing what they are delivering,looking for the relationships of them are the basic and important step for construction a TDS.Thus,relying on the project of National Natural Science Fundation of China,this paper proposed a method to research main delivery actors in TDS.With traditional technology literature and patent data,this paper introduced more data sources like commercial data and web data into research.Finally,this paper constructed a model which is mainly based on quantitative approach,and supplemented with experts' views.This study consists of three main layers: concept,method and case study.(1)Concept research mainly introduced the meaning of technology innovation,TDS and main delivery actors in TDS to explain what this paper want to research.And then,paper summarized the trait of various data sources to take the preparation for data select in next step.(2)Method research introduced the construction of main delivery actors research model in TDS from three aspects.They are idenfying main delivery actors,clearing actors' delivery contents and finding actors' delivery relationship.(3)Case study selected the Cloud Manufacturing,which is put forward by the Chinese scholars under the background of intelligent manufacturing,in China to conduct empirical analysis.This paper is committed to construct a research system about TDS actors based on the collection and analysis of multi-data sources,which combined historical technology literature data and real-time non-technology information.It can help government and delivey actors to grasp current technology development trend and direction to insure the accuracy of decision and forecast.In addition,TDS actors can look for potential partners,or avoid rivals.From the result of empirical study on Cloud Manufacturing in China,it's obvious to find that Beihang University,China Aerospace Science and industry Corporation etc.are advanced teams to propel the development of Cloud Manufacturing in China.With the help of delivery relationships and delivery content,TDS actors can look for potential partners,then avoid competitors.Besides,currently,Cloud Manufacturing in China is realized through the manufacturing platform.Its application fields include aerospace,automotive spare parts,3D printing,Wise Information Technology of 120(WIT120)etc.And WIT120 may be a potential filed for Cloud Manufacturing in China in future.
