A Study On The Training Way Of Core Competence Of Agricultural Enterprise In Anhui Province

The current world is in big development, great changes and large adjustment period, facing with the international environment of world multi-polarization and economic globalization, the country in order to explore innovation and seek development, must carry out a series of adjustment, cope and increase its core competence of the international market.According to the "diamond" theory of management, firstly, it is necessary to improve the important carrier in the economic links-core competence of the enterprise to improve the core competence of the country.In China, agriculture always supports the construction and development of national economy in China, our country、o ur party attaches great importance to its development. On one hand, the development can promote the local economy on the other hand, we can solve the problems which related with rural area and other problems. Modern agricultural economic can not develop alone without the enterprise’s drive.As a traditional agricultural province of Anhui, it has many rich natural resources, but these rich resources can not bring the corresponding development with Anhui province. As one of "central rise", facing the construction of industrial transfer demonstration region of the city-cluster along the Yangtze River in Anhui, how to improve agricultural economic modernization development of Anhui, how to increase farmers’ income of Anhui, how to solve the issues of agriculture、farmer and rural area largely depends on the degree of agricultural enterprises of Anhui province’s drive in the whole economic development process.In fact, the situation of Anhui agricultural enterprise’s core competence is not very optimistic, the overall performance is very weak, so the study on the training way of core competence of agricultural enterprise in Anhui Province has no time to delay.This paper is based on Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism as guidance, according to specification combining analysis and empirical analysis, quantitative and qualitative methods in combination of requirements, researches systematic deeply, mainly introduces statistics, western economics, enterprise management and other subjects of knowledge. This paper first introduces related outline, then introduces based on the related theory and uses the means of combining comparative analysis and questionnaire analysis to analysis the problem in training way of core competence of the agricultural enterprise in Anhui province fatherly, finally uses diamond model, puts forward the ideas and Suggestions in improving the core competence of agricultural enterprise in Anhui province from the production factors of Anhui agricultural enterprises, strategy, structure and contenders, market demands, the performance of elevate industry and support industry, government behavior,opportunities six parts. This article mainly divides into four parts.The first part is an introduction, it importantly introduce the article goal as well as the significance, research technique content which this article uses, the technical route, innovation and insufficient places.The second part is basic theory and related overview, provides explanation of the concept to help understand by introducing relevant theory so as to provide the theoretical basis for this research.The third part mainly analysis by contrast and introduces lots of questionnaire analysis, describes the poor situation of core competence of agricultural enterprise of Anhui province in different levels, analysis the results and explores the problem of core competence of agricultural enterprise in Anhui province scientific.The fourth part analysis by using diamond model, according to the six elements of model, combines with problems existing in the training way from the third part and suggests pertinently.In comparison with the existing research results, the innovation of this article mainly manifests in: firstly, in the training way of core competence of agricultural enterprise, the strength of Marketing, human resources management, brand reputation and enterprise culture and so on are different, emphasis also different, but most scholars chooses strengthening several parts or strengthening all parts without any emphasis. Secondly, this article uses the diamond model to build the core competence of agricultural enterprise in Anhui province, Some scholars uses their own viewpoint to analysis without any constitute system, and other scholars analysis by using their own model, seldom uses diamond model to train the core competence of agricultural enterprise, especially analysis in improving the advantage of relevant industry and support industry and the capacity to control when facing the opportunity.
