Excellent teachers within the organization become the object of paying headhunters, but led to a sharp rise in their labor costs. Meanwhile infiltrated universities forces, has become a new marketing model of education and training institutions in recent years, in this marketing model educational institutions will face many new problems, education and training institutions on how to properly evaluate their core competitiveness level and have focused on individual ability to enhance education and training institutions to become software enterprise problems to be solved.Therefore, this paper analyzed the existing core competitiveness of enterprises, the core competitiveness evaluation literature and related organizations and behavior management theory, empirical analysis using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, integrated key informant interviews and questionnaires investigation of the core competitiveness ZX software education and training institutions for research.
