From the feasibility investigation of target market to the normal operation of front office and kitchen,how to choose the right location is the first step to success.For catering enterprises to achieve standardized operation and sustainable profitability of stores,the prerequisite is to choose a scientific and accurate location.At the same time,location and type of stores,as well as the production process of products,and to a large extent affect the layout of facilities.Only reasonable facilities layout,can lay a solid foundation for the subsequent production and management.Therefore,facility layout is to solve the location of stores after another key issue.The company's products,customers,formats and catering system determine the direction of location and layout,which in turn support the direction of the company's development.The two are complementary.Therefore,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of store location and facility layout of chain catering enterprises,applies the business circle theory and production specialization principle,and combines relevant parameters and data model to carry out research.From the selection of business district,store location evaluation and financial analysis and evaluation of these three aspects step by step,the company's store location for a series of analysis,make a reasonable location decision.Then,from the perspective of technological process design,the division of kitchen work area and layout planning of facilities were improved by using homework correlation diagram and u-shaped layout principle.Combined with the actual situation of the company,the overall space planning of takeaway stores,take-out stores and in-store restaurants was completed.The team building,organizational guarantee and store acceptance criteria are described,and the registration process of store opening is described.Finally,the store will be officially put into operation.Not only solve the company store location and layout problems,but also hope to provide reference for small and medium-sized catering enterprises location and layout.
