Bank sub-branches is the most direct contact between bank and customers,and also the charge of the bank in the competition.Under the guidance of "Internet+" strategy implementation,various virtual bank channels should be potential,such as mobile banking service,online banking service.But the traditional physical network is still the most important distribution channels of a bank,especially for complex financial products sales and "one-on-one" high-end custom business.As the majority of individual and corporate customers to provide comprehensive financial services infrastructure,the network's location is reasonable and directly related to the bank's overall operating efficiency and the trade competitiveness.At the same time,it will affect the efficiency of the financial industry service management and regional investment costs.Both Internet finance and the rise of community Banks have provided more direction for network channel construction.The increase of financial products,put forward higher requirements for banking services,requiring banks to service more diversified and professional,sophisticated products,and transactions need more bank branches to provide financial services entity of high technology,high quality and more professional.Financial facility location as a service industry has its own characteristics and rules,the reasonable layout of the bank branch to avoid unnecessary waste of resources costs,break its own development bottlenecks,promote sustainable development,set up the social image and so on has a very important role.First of all,this article analyzed the necessity of bank branch through the reality of our country bank outlets layout,put forward in Jiangmen city,Guangdong province,a commercial bank to study outlets location decision-making optimization problem,the research object and the research train of thought are introduced,and through extensive literature on the location of the bank branch made a brief overview of research progress.Secondly,the article in a business of commercial bank outlets layout present situation and existing problems were analyzed,and based on the reality of decision network layout optimization of actual demand,focus on location decisions,a commercial bank branches of a commercial bank outlets location decisions for variable selection and model design,through draw lessons from domestic and foreign similar research,on this basis,combining with the target area surrounding cultural,economic,transportation and other factors,seek the quantitative way to determine the location decision of the new branch,obtained by analytic hierarchy process(ahp)based on group decision network model of affecting factors,and the model results applied to a commercial bank outlets location instance.Finally,the article according to the project practice experience,strategic transformation of a bank branch channel and distribution network optimization management measures were summarized,and combined with location model and empirical case above,of a commercial bank branch location decisions for case analysis.Emphasis on commercial Banks should change ideas,to the norms of distribution network management,and incorporate the management measures of site location and layout channel strategy layout,the work of promoting channel centralized management as a whole,optimization of channels layout,speed up the transformation development.
