With the development of economy, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.China accounts for the vast majority of the world's top ten polluting enterprises announced by the United Nations Health Organization. Therefore, the current evaluation of the development prospects of an enterprise,in addition to operating performance evaluation, but also based on environmental performance evaluation. However, from the current situation in China, there is a lack of design of enterprise environmental performance indicators.Based on sustainable development economy, circular economy and strategic management theory, this paper establishes a comprehensive performance evaluation system, and uses financial and non-financial indicators to jointly evaluate the development prospects of enterprises.Taking Xiexin New Energy Enterprise as an example, twelve enterprises are selected as examples to rank them. The paper compares them with Xiexin Enterprise in terms of finance, development potential and environment, and analyses the development status and operating environment of Xiexin Enterprise.Through this study, comparing the future economic situation and development prospects of environmental protection enterprises and ordinary enterprises, actively promoting the transformation of enterprises to the direction of environmental protection,it is confirmed that the joint evaluation of financial performance and non-financial performance of new energy enterprises is more accurate than only financial performance evaluation.Although the financial data of new energy enterprises are slightly lower than that of ordinary enterprises, the capital structure of new energy enterprises is better, and they have more advantages in both development potential and environment.New energy enterprises are more competitive in future development.
