The food is what matters to the people,and food takes safety first.The quality and safety of agricultural food is the basis of food safety and the focus of public attention.Taking Chengdu GX District as an example,this paper analyzes how to improve the quality and safety of agricultural food in this region,which has a relatively developed economy and has huge consumption demand for agricultural food,but does not have agricultural food production,and relies solely on the supply of external agricultural food.This paper investigates and researches the channels of agricultural food supply and production in Chengdu GX District.It is concluded that the agricultural food in Chengdu GX District are mainly produced in Sichuan province.This paper analyzes the consumer complaint data and government sampling monitoring data of agricultural food in the jurisdiction,and summarizes the 8 problems of agricultural food sold in Chengdu GX District.Based on the management principle of HACCP,the quality and safety problems of agricultural food in the three stages of production,processing,transportation and sales are reversely derived along the supply channel,and the influencing factors of each link are analyzed.This paper proposes to improve the quality and safety of agricultural food in Chengdu GX District,firstly paying attention to the production link,secondly paying attention to the processing and transportation link,and finally paying attention to the sales link.From the agricultural food market access system and export system,this paper proposes an improvement strategy.In the end,this paper puts forward a strategy to improve the quality and safety of agricultural food in Chengdu GX District,namely,combining the market access system and export system,establishing an agricultural food quality inspection center and a set of agricultural food one-ticket-pass system.It is expected that through a center and a one-ticket-pass system,the quality of agricultural food will be controlled from the production link,and the sales terminal will gradually influence and improve the agricultural consumption,so that the standard agricultural food produced under the modern agricultural system will be favored by more consumers.Finally,the integration and safety of agricultural food production and marketing standards will be realized,and the quality and safety level of agricultural food will be improved in Chengdu GX District.
