With the continuous development of information civilization,the competition of enterprises gradually shifts from the traditional market and cost competition to the competition of technological innovation.The success of the future business will be to gather a group of creative elites to create a suitable atmosphere and supportive environment through immaterial incentives so that these employees can give full play to their creativity and quickly sense customer needs and happily create corresponding product and service.And those traditional methods of assessment and incentives are no longer suitable for them,carrot plus stick style of management is no longer valid.Daniel Pinker said: "The most important thing right now is the ability of the right brain,that is,art creation ability,empathy ability,invention creation ability and global thinking ability."In an increasingly competitive environment,how to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees through effective management and non-material incentive measures will be the main task to support the future development of the enterprise.XZ company studied in this article is an Internet enterprise with a traditional business background,and employees are 80,90 after the new generation of employees,with a certain representation.Based on the related theories of non-material incentive,this paper introduces the basic general situation of XZ company and its employees based on the employees of XZ company.Through the interviews and questionnaire survey,the current non-material incentive profiles of XZ Company and the demand of employees’ survey.Through the investigation and analysis,we found that XZ has many deficiencies in the rules and regulations of the humane,goals and values,corporate culture,organization of employee activities,work authorization,training and promotion,etc.,and employees think that the establishment of an effective personal training program for employees With a transparent internal promotion mechanism,clear strategic goals and personal growth path is very important.Based on the survey results and related non-material incentive theory,this paper presents a series of non-material incentive strategies of XZ Company.The implementation of these strategies not only provides effective guidance for XZ Company,but also provides the same industry with similar incentive system construction Certain guidance and reference.
