| In recent years,with the rapid development of the global economy,China’s tourism industry has maintained a good growth trend,the prosperity of the tourism industry directly promoted the rapid development of the hotel industry.In recent years,the rapid growth of the hotel industry,in solving the employment of a large number of surplus labor in our country,at the same time,plays an important role in social development and people’s lives.The key for the survival and development of enterprises is the staff,especially knowledge workers have a high degree of proficiency in a particular line.Therefore,how to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,especially the enthusiasm of knowledge workers,plays a key role in the development of the hotel industry.In this paper,the system of knowledge type L DS hotel staff motivation as the research object,from analyzing the current situation of the incentive system and spiritual incentive system of the hotel material,through the knowledge staff conducted a questionnaire survey and depth interviews,found some problems existing in the system of the hotel incentive of knowledge workers,finally puts forward some constructive suggestions.L city DS hotel as an American famous hotel brand and modern luxury hotel,management of knowledge workers incentive management should follow the relevant incentive theory research on knowledge workers not only have the material incentive,incentive compensation,but also have the spirit incentive,promotion incentive,training incentive,incentive and corporate culture the work itself incentive,so as to stimulate knowledge workers’ learning interest and enthusiasm,improve their work efficiency,promote the development of the DS hotel in L city.At the same time,I hope this paper can play a reference role for other hotel incentive system. |
