Under the background that the state vigorously advocates the old-age insurance system and the rapid growth of the old-age insurance demand,the domestic old-age insurance management company has a relatively broad development prospect.PJ pension insurance company belongs to the P insurance group.It is the first professional pension insurance company to obtain annuity license in China,with 35 branches and 10,000 employees,which can better cover the national localization service.PJ company takes enterprise annuity as its main business.I already have a full license for the management of insurance assets.In recent years,PJ pension insurance companies have made great efforts to develop the domestic old-age insurance market,but the business development is not very ideal,especially the business of major customers lags behind.competitor? Under the background of the rapid development of the domestic old-age insurance market,it is necessary to make a special study on the marketing strategy of the major customers of PJ pension insurance companies,so as to provide a reference for them to optimize the marketing strategy of the major customers and enhance the competitiveness of the market.Based on the promotion of marketing competitiveness of PJ pension insurance company,combined with the relevant theory of insurance marketing and the marketing practice of PJ pension insurance company,this paper analyzes the marketing environment of PJ pension insurance company by using PEST and five-force competition model.This paper studies the problems existing in the marketing of the major customers of PJ pension insurance company.In order to solve these problems,the marketing optimization strategies of large customers based on 4P marketing theory are as follows: the product strategies are to adapt to the needs of customers,to innovate old-age insurance products,and to innovate alternative old-age products.Accurate positioning to create demand products;There are clear influencing factors and determination of pricing in price strategy.The price flow,perfect the market investigation mechanism of the endowment insurance product price,the channel strategy is to construct the omni-directional marketing channel system,actively uses the "Internet" marketing channel,strengthens the staff management CRM sales record;Promotion strategy has strict promotionmanagement,set up a variety of promotion terms and products,strengthen outdoor multi-channel promotion.At the same time,the article puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the marketing optimization strategy of the major customers.
