After more than 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has changed dramatically.The personal financial assets of residents have increased significantly in the same period,and the national economic level has been greatly improved.As an important part of economic development,inclusive small and micro enterprises play an irreplaceable role in employment,market and development.In particular,after the third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee,the state attached great importance to the development of inclusive finance,released a number of welfare policies,such as targeted reserve reduction and tax relief for small and micro businesses,and created a good financial ecological environment.At the same time,major commercial Banks,as important participants in the economic market,have also responded to the call of the state and joined the ranks of vigorously developing inclusive finance and serving small and micro enterprises.In order to develop inclusive finance well,the top-down internal mechanism construction of financial institutions is fundamental,the target positioning of inclusive customers is the basis,and ensuring small and micro credit risks is the key.In addition,reasonable employee performance appraisal policy is to deepen the financial service guarantee of inclusive small and micro enterprises,to build a bridge of inclusive financial service chain,and to stimulate the development of inclusive business.At present,in the post setting of inclusive finance department of commercial Banks,account manager,as a service window directly connecting small and micro customers,occupies an important position in the development of inclusive finance.However,from the current practical situation,as a newly established department in the financial industry,the department of inclusive finance is not mature enough in the management of account managers.In particular,the existing performance management policies still have insufficient incentives,which makes it difficult to meet the needs of innovative development of inclusive finance and the growth of account managers.This paper takes the current performance management system of customer manager in the inclusive finance department of ABC bank as the case,introduces the research background of this paper,and analyzes the existing problems in the performance assessment of customer manager in the inclusive finance department of ABC bank on the basis of literature review and review of relevant theories of performance management at home and abroad.Through a questionnaire survey on the performance appraisal experts and bank executives of commercial Banks,SPSS data analysis was used to establish the weight proportion of the specific full indicators of the performance appraisal of account managers in the department of inclusive finance of commercial Banks.On this basis,this article on ABC bank account manager pratt & Whitney's finance application performance management system of the study,from the performance evaluation index system,the human resources dynamic management mechanism,and two-way communication mechanism and some Suggestions on the implementation of the performance guarantee mechanism optimization,clear the inspection point,establish the diversity of the new performance appraisal system.In order to test its effectiveness and feasibility,the author selected the inclusive finance department of ABC bank nanjing branch as the pilot institution.According to the analysis of the implementation results of the performance appraisal indicators for account managers,the results have basically reached the expected level,which can be implemented in all branches of ABC bank in the next stage.
