Research On Business Model Innovation Of Rail Transit Maintenance Business For BJ Company

Rail transit is the lifeblood of China's national economy and the backbone network of transportation.At present,the rail transit industry has gradually entered the stage of laying equal stress on construction,operation and maintenance.Communication system equipment is the "central nervous system" of rail transit system,but the maintenance work around it has not been paid enough attention.BJ company is a private enterprise specializing in the maintenance and maintenance of communication equipment for more than 10 years.When expanding rail transit business,the existing business model is difficult to meet the requirements of enterprise strategic planning and achieve rapid growth effect.Firstly,this paper expounds the actual development of BJ company's rail transit maintenance business.Combined with Johnson's business model "four elements" model and four elements interaction model,It is found that there are three major problems in the existing business model of BJ company's rail transit maintenance business: weak risk resistance of profit model,incomplete customer value proposition,and limited key resources and critical process settings.Secondly,this paper defines the development trend of communication equipment maintenance business more clearly from the macro perspective of the industry,and summarizes the lack of informatization in equipment maintenance business process represented by railway maintenance business through investigation and interview,in order to further tap the pain points of the industry.Thirdly,after confirming the customer value proposition of rail transit maintenance business,the other three elements are built based on this,which forms a new business model of rail transit maintenance business of BJ Company.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new business model,it is proposed that attention should be paid to improving and strengthening the software,key resources,maintenance system,human resources,etc.in order to be more conducive to BJ company to achieve the purpose of expanding the scale of rail transit maintenance business and establishing industry brand.
