Study On The Profit Model Optimization Of Private Tutoring In F Educational Institution

The further opening of the national policy to the education and training market has made the market fiercer.Small institutions have owned less and less market space rooted in their weak quality of faculty,lack of market development funds and it is difficult for them to form brand effects in the short term.Therefore,the profit model design is becoming the lifeline of enterprise.There is no fixed standard for the profit model,because it is always changing.It's a good way if the profit pattern could be sustainable profit making.Based on the previous studies on tutoring and profit model,this paper comprehensively uses methods of the literature research,comparative analysis and case analysis,meanwhile the overall analysis was carried out by making use of Slywotxky's profit model theory to form the components of the profit model of educational institutions.The case-study of the profit model on the education industry leaders was carried out as well.Michael Porter's Five Forces Model was used to analyze the situation of the internal and external competition environment and competition conditions of F education institution.Finally,combined with the theory of customer value,some suggestions on how to optimize the profit model of F education institution in the reconstruction were put forward.The purpose is to understand the key to the success of the private tutoring from the perspective of profit model and to reveal the mystery of the profitability of the education and training industry.For the K12 education and training industry,the key-point in the values chain is content and channels.The fundamental of corporate profitability indwells in the development and innovation of course content,the mastery and the controlling of channels.The model of internet & education will be the main developing trend of the whole education industry in the future.However,it should be the primary task for educational training institutions to preempt the opportunity and make the enterprises bigger and stronger.I hope this paper could provide some theoretical basis for the education industry.Meanwhile,taking F institution as the reference model,integrate methodology with practice to implement the relevant theories when to run the business.
