Research On Profit Model And Financial Evaluation Of Huatu Education

At present,China's civil service examination is extremely hot.Hence,many institutions for public service training have been established gradually.HuaTu education is one of the typical representatives.The full name of HuaTu education is HUATU HONGYANG CORP.,LTD,providing written examination and interview guidance for civil servants,institutions,three one Fu and other public service examinees.In the era of such rapid development about the education industry,it is of great significance to study its profit model.For instance,the profit model of the educational organization combining its unique property discusses and summarizes pointedly,which can improve the profit level of the organization and lay the foundation for the future development.At the same time,it also helps the education industry to learn,improve and innovate its profit pattern,and promotes healthy operation and sustainable development.This thesis adopts the theory of profit model with HuaTu education,the leader in the education and training industry,as a case study object.It attempts to evaluate profitability model based on Huatu Education's current actual profitability and profit model.To begin with,the thesis introduces the background,purpose and significance of this study,collects and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad.Meantime,the methods adopted in this thesis are literature research method,case analysis method and normative research method,which are used to analysis the profit model of HuaTu Education.Then,this thesis aims to clarify the related theoretical concepts and financial analysis method.Afterwards,it analyzes the profit model from the perspective of the constituent elements in Huatu Education,including the profit point,the profit source,the profitability measure and the profit barrier.Based on the analysis of the constituent elements,this thesis selects the financial indicators,encompassing the overall profit,the income cost,the DuPont analysis,the cash flow analysis and the status of the assets,and uses the financial data support to analyze the financial situation of Huatu Education from 2014 to 2016.What's more it also evaluates profitability of the company.Through the above analysis,it reflects several problems existing in the profitability of Huatu Education Co.,Ltd.,and then proposes countermeasures.Finally,the last part makes a summary and prospect.By analyzing the profit model of HuaTu Education and evaluating from a financial point of view,this thesis hopes to provide reference and technical support for the public service education and other organizations in the same industry,and also hopes to promote the progress of the whole industry.
