Research On The Development Of Urban Public Transport In The Central District Of Sanming City

Since entering the 21 st century,China's rapid economic development accelerates urbanization process,which makes a large number of rural population transfer to the city.Meanwhile private cars began to enter the people's daily life in an all-round way,resulting in a continuous increase in the number of motor vehicles.These factors have led to urban road traffic congestion,travel inconvenience for residents and environmental pollution,which have also restricted the sustainable health development of our cities.How to solve these problems,which restrict the sustainable development of cities,has become the focus of governments and city managers.From the practical experience of typical cities at home and abroad,it is undoubtedly an effective way to solve the road traffic congestion and public travel inconvenience through developing urban public transportion in the process of rapid urbanization?This paper takes Sanming City Government to promote the development of urban public transportation in Sanming Central City as a research object,and carefully combs the existing problems and causes in the aspects of legal system,management system,market mechanism,support policy,fare structure and station construction in the urban public transportation development of Sanming Central City.At the same time,Sanming City belongs to small and medium-sized cities.In the process of promoting urban public transport development,due to its location in the mountainous area of ? ? northern Fujian,the economy is still underdeveloped and the government has limited financial resources,the government relies on the government to increase investment and management to promote the development of urban public transport.It is neither realistic nor feasible for urban public transport to cope with urban road congestion?This paper is supported by relevant theories such as public governance,public goods and public transport priority.It collects and summarizes the advanced practices and experiences of typical cities in urban and rural development,and combines the data obtained from field visits to conduct research and analysis,and make suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of improving legislation,making planning,rationalizing management,introducing supervision,improving subsidies,securing facilities,activating markets,adjusting fares and public participation?...
