Mold manufacturing enterprises face new competition and new opportunities in the changing market environment.Mold ERP management information system is an information management system specially developed and applied for the manufacturing characteristics of mold manufacturing enterprises.The excellent ERP management information system can provide a set of integrated solutions for mold manufacturing enterprises,improve the backward status of management mode in mold industry,help enterprises to improve the ability of foresight and response to changes in market and customer demand;at the same time,using the theory and method of project management science can guarantee the development of such software projects in mold ERP management information system.The progress,cost,quality and other aspects of management objectives are successfully achieved in the implementation process,and the delivery and acceptance rate of software system project construction is improved.This paper takes the mold ERP project of CX company as the research object,uses the theory and method of project management to guide the development and practice of information system,and focuses on the research of the three-coordinate management system consisting of project schedule,cost and quality.Before this research,the project team made a field investigation on the implementation of ERP and MES management information system development projects for other die and mold companies.Combining with the requirements of the die and mold management department of CX Company,the responsibilities of the system software design unit and the actual operation of the project manager,the project team summarized the overall situation of the project,understood the implementation of the project and made a summary of the project.Objective To make a thorough analysis of the environment,resources and benefits.This paper applies the main project management tools and methods,such as earned value analysis,critical path method and work breakdown structure,to study in detail the process of making management plans in the three main aspects of progress,cost and quality in the three-coordinate management system of the project in the implementation stage of the two key management links of project planning and control,and takes the goal of progress control as the condition restriction.This paper introduces the main contents and methods of quality control,cost control and integrated control in three aspects,so as to improve the management effect of the software system project implementation.The research content of this paper provides action guidance for the implementation of CX company's mold ERP project,provides an effective theoretical basis and solution for the three-coordinate management of this project,and can also be used as a reference for the project management mode of manufacturing factory information system development.Based on the management practice of mold ERP project implementation,this paper applies the main theoretical points and technical methods of project management to the actual development of the software system project.While ensuring the smooth development of the project,the members of the project team deepen the understanding and application of the professional knowledge of project management.Through the research,it is found that the development and application of this system is successful,and it can achieve the construction goals set in advance by CX company,and it can provide convenience for the management of the mold Department of CX company,and become the main tool of information management of the company.
