Mold Project Management Research In Guangdong Mold Enterprise

Since 1980, the mold industry in China has been developed deeply, and the mold manufactory grows up in any corner in Guangdong with the marketing demand from 1997, in recent years, the mold technique is improved continuously. But compare with the international, it is the difference in making the precision and complex mold in Guangdong,especially in the enterprise management which is ignored and dropped behind in Guanggond mold manufactory. now, the modern mold project management is a big factor to affect the company development in Guangdong. This thesis take the Shenzhen Bolok Plastic&Metal Products Co.,Ltd as the example to study the management, to explain the necessity to implement the mold project management in Guangdong mold enterprise, and at the same time, to introduce the flow and the method of the mold project management. The successful experience of mold project management in Bolok will be expanded to the other local mold manufactory in China,and then, the mold enterprise in China just can occupy the middle and high level mold marketing to modify the current mold property structure. During the process of composing, the research method of analysis, substantial evidence analysis, comparison analysis etc are used, base on the theory of project management of China and international, taking the Bolok as the templet, the condition and problem of mold project managent in mold enterprise is analyzed and researched. After the modern mold project management is carried out, the innovation is achieved and the basic flow is built in Bolok. And this thesis will provide the general solution to execute the mold project management efficiently in Guangdong mold enterprise.
