In recent years,the GDP levels of various provinces in China have maintained a steady growth rate,and the benefits of economic growth and the quality of economic development have continued to improve.Scientific and technological innovation has become a new growth engine for China's economic development.The continuous deepening and upgrading of scientific and technological innovation has made financial resources an increasingly important role.Although in recent years,the Ministry of Science and Technology,in conjunction with the People's Bank of China,the China Banking Regulatory Commission,and other departments have issued policy documents to promote the development of science and technology finance,most of them have ignored the synergistic development effect of science and technology innovation and technology finance,and researched China's technology innovation and technology finance The coordinated development of relations has certain guiding significance for further improving the scientific and technological financial system to enhance scientific and technological innovation capabilities.Based on this,this article fully draws on relevant domestic and foreign literatures,starting from the actual level of development in China,using a combination of theory and practice,qualitative and quantitative methods,from four aspects of theoretical analysis,experience,empirical analysis,and mechanism analysis to study our country.Coupling effect of technological innovation and technological finance.In the theoretical part,this article first summarizes and summarizes the relevant literature on scientific and technological innovation,technological and financial development,and the coupling of the two.It also defines the connotation of scientific and technological finance and scientific and technological innovation,describes the relevant characteristics,and provides scientific and technological finance and technological innovation with reference to domestic and foreign literature.The precise definition applicable in this paper,and then research and explain the interaction mechanism between the two,and found that tilting financial policy,large amount of capital supply,etc.are important factors in the development of scientific and technological innovation.The growth and development of scientific and technological innovation requires technological and financial support..At the same time,the development of technological innovation can further benefit technological finance,not only bringing advanced hardware upgrades to technological finance,but also improving the soft power of technological finance,such as the enhancement of technological means such as big data processing capabilities.In the empirical part,this paper selects data related to scientific and technological innovation and financial science and technology from 2004 to 2017.First,establish an efficacy model,a coupling degree model,a coupling coordination degree model,and a coupling coordination degree evaluation standard,and determine the weight of each secondary index.The trend of the degree of coupling and coordination of overall scientific and technological innovation and technology and finance has empirically shown that the degree of coupling and coordination of science and technology innovation and technology and finance in China has transitioned from an extremely imbalanced stage to a highly coordinated stage.The overall degree of coupling and coordination has shown a steady upward trend.Then select data from 2004,2008,2012,and 2016 to study the distribution and evolution of the degree of coupling and coordination of science and technology innovation and technology and finance in China by province,and visualize it with ArcGIS software to analyze the coupling and coordination of science and technology and finance and technology and innovation systems in various provinces in China.The spatial pattern and dynamic evolution of development show that the coupling and coordination between science and technology innovation and technology and financial systems in most provinces are increasing.However,due to differences in the speed and basis of economic development in different provinces,the degree of coupling and coordination of science and technology innovation and technology and finance in each province is different.The difference is obvious,and this imbalance is gradually expanding,the difference is gradually deepening,and the agglomeration effect is significant.This article goes on to an empirical study of the coupling mechanism between technological finance and technological innovation.Based on the empirical results of the coupling relationship analysis,the causal relationship between the two subsystems in the coupled system is further verified.It is found that there is a two-way causal relationship between technological innovation and technological finance,that is,there is a strong coupling relationship between technological finance and technological innovation.Finally,this article's countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and financial science and technology involve three levels: macro,meso and micro.In general,the macro perspective needs to strengthen government support to ensure the coordinated development of sci-tech finance and technological innovation from a policy perspective;the meso perspective needs to clearly define regional division of labor and establish an industrial synergy mechanism for sci-tech finance and technological innovation.The micro perspective needs to be based on Risk management is the core to ensure the soundness of the development of science,technology,finance and technology innovation.
