Entering the era of rapid development of Internet,more and more choices are provided for employment which indicates that people have been playing an increasing prominent role as core resources.It means talents have become a great value as well as incalculable capital for any company.Influenced by the development of the Internet,production-oriented enterprises are facing the problem of losing and attracting talents.In this case,it is particularly important to enhance human resources management.Nice human resources management will create a sound environment for company to attract and train talents and solve the problem of talents demands under the arising new era economic development and market competition.Improving and perfecting the existing human resources management can help us get rid of the predicament of production oriented human resources shortage as well as so as a guarantee of quality talents for company's rapid and efficient promotion and development.S Dairy Company is in the critical period of upgrading and reform.As a traditional private and family-run enterprise,human resource management is very weak.There are some problems,such as unclear organizational structure and division of labor,imperfect system and cronyism.As Chinese traditional culture has a long history,which is also extensive and profound,many of the ideological and cultural essence have very important inspiration and high reference value for us in modern enterprise management especially in human resources management.The thought of "Fa Shu Shi" from Legalists of pre-Qin Legalists can provide a good reference and inspiration for S Dairy Company to solve these problems of human resources management in production center.Based on a serious analysis of the practical problems existing in S Dairy Company Production Center,this paper deeply excavates and elucidates the legalist's theory of "Fa Shu Shi",combines with modern human resources management methods,and explores how to apply "Fa Shu Shi" to the human resources management of S Dairy Company Production Center,so as to solve the problems of talent losing,shortage,recruitment,training and stimulating which limit the development ofcompany,improve the level of human resources management of S Dairy Company Production Center besides.This paper consists of five parts.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly focus on the research background,theoretical overview,literature review,the significance of topic selection,framework of ideas along with research methods and difficulties and innovations in research.Chapter two mainly analyses the current situation of human resource management in S Dairy Company Production Center.It consist of analyzing its characteristics,combining with the questionnaire survey and clarifying the existing problems so as to illustrate the necessity of applying "Fa Shu Shi" to human resource management in S Dairy Company Production Center.Chapter three puts forward the application scheme of "Fa Shu Shi" in human resource management of S Dairy Company Production Center.Chapter IV mainly elaborates the safeguard measures needed in the application of "Fa Shu Shi" in human resources management of S Dairy Company Production Center.Chapter 5 summarizes the research summary and elaborates the related problems to be solved.
