Employee satisfaction is an important index of organizational management and a hot topic in organizational behavior.It is not only an important indicator to measure the business performance of enterprises,but also a powerful driving force for enterprises to improve business process,realize efficient operation of organizations,improve user satisfaction and user loyalty.Based on a large number of literature studies,this paper analyzes the current situation of employee satisfaction in H company,finds the main problems and proposes the optimization design for the problems in view of the problem of massive brain drain in H company in recent years.Firstly,this paper collects a large number of relevant literatures and theoretical basis through literature research,so as to make full preparations for the early stage of this study.Secondly,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were used to systematically investigate the employee satisfaction of H company according to the three dimensions of work remuneration,work itself and work environment.Through the collection of data,information and analysis,to understand the current employee satisfaction of H company.In this survey,at all levels to the H company,a total of 93 employees handed out questionnaires,paid-in 93,of which 80 valid questionnaires,the recycling effective questionnaire using SPSS and EXCEL software for data processing,the evaluation and analysis,and from the employees' gender,working years,educational background,age,level of position,analyses the differentiation of H company employees satisfaction,discovered the root of the problem of H company.Finally,the study found that the main factors affecting the employee satisfaction of H company include: inaccurate enterprise strategic positioning,unbalanced incentive mechanism,lack of evaluation mechanism,imperfect responsibility and authority system,weak human resource management ability and backward enterprise culture construction.In this paper,based on the analysis of the influencing factors of H company satisfaction out of the corresponding improvement countermeasures,from clear enterprise development strategy planning,and build scientific incentive mechanism,perfecting the evaluation mechanism,optimize the organizational structure,strengthening the human resource management practices and provides the Suggestions for improvement of enterprise culture construction,and puts forward the corresponding safeguard the implementation of the measures.This paper hopes to make contributions to the future development of H company,the promotion of enterprise competitiveness and the realization of strategic goals through the study of employee satisfaction of H company.
