The competition of modern enterprises is the competition of talents.How to retain and motivate people is one of the difficulties faced by enterprises.Especially in the manufacturing industry,talent is the basis for the survival and development of enterprises.Due to the manufacturing industry background,the working environment is not as good as the office of the IT,financial enterprises.Employee satisfaction is an important factor that affects employee's work enthusiasm.How to improve employee satisfaction is an urgent problem to be solved in China's manufacturing enterprises.In this paper,using the method of questionnaire survey,from the leadership,management,work reward,team work and motivate 5 grade dimensions to design questionnaire,and then subdivided into 15 grade II and 42 grade III dimension dimension.Through a questionnaire survey on the grass-roots management of DL company's satisfaction,analysis DL company managers work support,incentive management and growth promotion in 3 dimensions of satisfaction lower;while the middle management personnel promotion in 3 dimensions of work,training development and growth of the low degree of satisfaction.Finally,according to the study of satisfaction DL grassroots management company,put forward the following strategies:(1)improve the grass-roots management strategy to enhance satisfaction:improve the occupation development channel,the implementation of internal rotation system;improve the remuneration appraisal system;strengthen the upper and lower levels of communication,form an atmosphere of internal sharing.(2)to enhance the middle managers' satisfaction strategy:to improve the middle management agency system,set up the training system,implement the targeted training,strengthen the cooperation and improve the work efficiency.(3)enhance the other strategies of line managers with low satisfaction:the introduction of external professional organizations,establish employee assistance plan;classify employees,to help employees;according to different degree and gender,using different measures;the establishment of employee satisfaction management in DL system.
