With the deepening of market economy and the increasing competition of talents,companies become more and more clear that the survival and development of company must rely on talents.Furthermore,the realizing of talents effect lies in people's satisfactory.Especially for the labor-intensive property service companies,employees are crucial factor for company development.However,to realize the employees' effect needs to meet employees' needs.Employees devote themselves to the company only on the condition that they have certain satisfactory.The property company MD is a property service company that possesses first-class service.In 2015,MD ranks the top 30 of property management in term of comprehensive strength,ranking the first in Shandong province and the first of school property service.Currently,MD is in the stage of collectivization and specialization.Only by improving the employee satisfactory,can the staff team be consolidated,can competitiveness of the company be enhanced,laying foundation for its survival in Shandong,China and even in the world.In consideration of the background discussed above,by analyzing and summarizing the literature in China and abroad,this thesis firstly analyzes the current situation of the human resources of the Jinan branch of MD.Secondly,the author divides the employees into three classes(elementary operator,ranked employees and administrative staff),analyzes the interview of 28 employees,selects and classifies employee satisfaction,making a questionnaire for the Jinan branch of MD to investigate the employees' satisfactory degree.Thirdly,by analyzing the collected data with SPSS 20.0,it is found that the three classes employees of Jinan branch of MD have different problems in satisfactory degree: the problems of elementary operators lie in the work satisfactory degree,the attitude of leaders and salary system;the ranked employees have problems in promotion mechanism and conditions;the administrative staff's problems exist in salary layout and position difference.Finally,this thesis puts forward corresponding suggestions for the three classes employees' problems,covering salary excitation system,internal promotion system,training system and the company culture.
