With the continuous development and application of information technology,the market environment tends to be more dynamic,and more enterprises realize that agile supply chain should be used as a means to gain competitive advantage.Enterprises tend to improve the flexibility,visibility and reliability of the supply chain to achieve supply chain agility,and strive to respond quickly in the process of changing market demand.However,agile supply chain is a dynamic alliance composed of many member enterprises.In the process of realizing agile supply chain,not only a single enterprise needs to have a dynamic strategic vision and advanced information technology,but also needs to have the technology and ability to select partners,which directly affects its ability to produce and deliver new products to customers in a timely,economic and effective manner.This is a direct relationship to the performance and success or failure of agile supply chain.The partner selection of agile supply chain is challenging,for example,the index system of agile supply chain will change with the progress of the times;different potential partners will have different characteristics under different performance standards;it is very complex to build agile supply chain network under dynamic conditions;the decision-making process includes certain uncertainty and fuzziness,etc.,so the enterprise It is difficult for the industry to evaluate the agility of the partner supply chain,and few researches focus on this issue.In essence,the problem of partner selection can be summed up as multi-attribute group decision-making problem.The solution to the multi-attribute group decision-making problem mainly starts from the weight and aggregation.Although there are many researches on obtaining the weight and aggregation methods,there are still limitations in the aspect of obtaining the weight.Few scholars can fully consider the decision-maker's weight,subjective attribute weight and objective attribute weight in the environment of fuzzy information.Based on the above problems,enterprises need scientific decision-making tools to judge whether they have the ability to build agile supply chain.Therefore,this study proposes a new comprehensive multi-attribute group decision-making method,which can comprehensively investigate the influencing factors of agile supply chain and help enterprises choose the right partners.This paper puts forward the research topic of agile supply chain partner selection based on a large number of literature reading and combing.Firstly,based on the previous research,it discusses the relevant theories and methods,and combines with the requirements of modern environment to refine and build the index system.Then,according to the principle of multi-attribute group decision-making method,under the intuitionistic fuzzy environment,it integrates the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy and the best and worst methods from the subjective and objective point of view,the weights of decision makers and attributes are considered synthetically,and the method of approaching ideal solution sorting is used to select.Finally,through the analysis and comparison of actual cases,the reliability,practicability and wider application scope of the method are illustrated.This research enriches the theory and method of agile supply chain and multi-attribute group decision analysis.
