From the perspective of the global economic trend,developed countries have attached great importance to the sustainable development and external communication of the cultural industry since the beginning of the twentieth century.The degree of development of the cultural industry is an important indicator of whether a country's soft power is strong.Powerful developing countries are paying more and more attention to the development of their own cultural industries.On the other hand,with the advancement of information technology,the digital development of the cultural industry has further promoted the birth of the digital content industry,and the Internet as a technology carrier has greatly promoted the innovation and progress of the cultural industry in the digital era.From 2013 to 2019,the output value of China's cultural and entertainment industry has increased from 2.18 trillion yuan to4.2 trillion yuan.Music industry,as an important part of cultural and entertainment industry,from physical record to digital music,the integration of cultural industry and information technology promotes the birth of digital content industry,and digital technology provides a steady impetus for the innovation and development of cultural industry in the new era.Online music platform,as an important medium of digital music communication and distribution in China,plays an important role in the digital music industry.This paper uses literature analysis and case analysis to study the profit model of online music platform.First of all,based on Adrian slavoski's theory of profit model elements,this paper analyzes the connotation and profit model of online music platform,and summarizes the main profit model of the platform.Second,Tencent music,as the largest online music platform in China,is the only profitable online music platform in China at present.Taking Tencent Music Entertainment Group as an example,this paper selects the theory of "five elements" profit model;second,the performance evaluation of Tencent music profit model,on the one hand,the financial performance evaluation,through the financial statements to specifically analyze the financial situation of Tencent music profit model On the other hand,Tencent music'snon-financial performance analysis mainly analyzes and evaluates Tencent music from the perspective of user base and paid user conversion rate,and finally summarizes its profit model and analyzes its risks to radiate other online music platforms.This paper studies Tencent music's profit model,makes an objective evaluation and summary,and gives other online music platforms profit to create their own profit "label".
