Research On Performance Evaluation Of Information Technology Listed Companies Based On DEA

In recent years,the information technology industry has become one of the fastest growing industries in the national economy.Compared with traditional enterprises,modern information technology enterprises have higher innovative components.Performance evaluation will also be more complex.While choosing the evaluation index,we need to pay more attention to the research and innovation ability index of enterprises.In order to better guide the development of the industry,this thesis will study the performance evaluation of the listed companies in the information technology industry by combining the characteristics and the actual situation of the information technology industry.The main contents of thesis include following aspects.First,the background,current situation and related theories of information technology industry are studied,and the combination of factor analysis and DEA method is proposed to evaluate the performance of information technology industry.Secondly,the development status of the information technology industry in China is studied and analyzed.71 listed companies of information technology industry are selected,and factor analysis method is used to deal with the original data as the data source of the DEA model.Finally,based on the DEA model,the performance performance of the listed companies of information technology industry for 2012-2016 years is obtained.From the horizontal and vertical analysis,the performance level of the listed companies in the information technology industry is synthetically analyzed,and the effective measures to improve the enterprise performance are put forward from several angles.The results show that development of Listed Companies in China's information technology industry is better.The technical efficiency of information technology enterprises needs to be improved.The overall performance development of the information technology industry is unstable,so we need to pay more attention to the allocation of internal resources and enhance our core competitiveness.This thesis makes some exploratory research in the following aspects.From the research content,this thesis builds the performance evaluation system from the angle of input and output based on the DEA method,analyzes the performance of the enterprise comprehensively,and puts forward the policy suggestions pertinent.From the research method,this thesis combines factor analysis and super efficient DEA method in the performance evaluation of the listed companies of information technology industry,and the results are more accurate and reliable.
