With the economic globalization and the acceleration of global informationlization,the competition for market in traditional clothing industry becomes fiercer and fiercer.High inventory,weak sales,serious homogenization,the impact from the fast fashion brands and the compression of value-added profits etc.are all the choke points that branded clothing enterprises are facing now.To seek survival,seize the opportunity and enlarge the market occupancy,the transformation and upgrading is extremely urgent for these enterprises.And the supply-chain management is indispensable for the production operation mode of clothing industry,whether from the mode of integrative portrait management or the all-round horizontal development mode.So if the branded clothing enterprises want to get the first chance in this trade war to occupy the advantage,they must focus on the optimization of their own supply-chain.The current competition between the enterprises has changed to which of supply-chain.At present,the design of supply-chain flow is still on the primary exploration stage for many clothing enterprises,and they are lack of the effective optimization experience.For present clothing domain,the customer demands gradually trend towards individualization,diversification and fashion,which bring various uncertainties.So it's inevitable for the enterprises to design and optimize the supply-chain suited for their growth to conform to the law of market development.This paper targets on the core clothing enterprise HSM to study from three dimensions of supply-chain construction: customers,suppliers and information feedback.By applying modes and cases analysis to point out the problems and shortage in the supply-chain flow,and then put forward its optimization.It draws a conclusion from following aspects of the supply-chain flow optimization to improve the clothing brands' comprehensive competitive strength that by supply-chain design and optimization,the branded clothing enterprises can improve the reaction speed,and meanwhile to further strengthen the communication and cooperation with the suppliers and build a strategic partnership with the them to learn advanced experience,enhance the sense of win-win cooperation,and attach importance to cultivation of innovation consciousness,the scientific optimization management of logistics and inventory structure,and gradually transform to the green supply-chain ect.It has an important practical significance in promoting the healthy sustainable development and the transformation and upgrading of our national clothing industry.
