| In recent years, as people’s wages and quality of life improving, people’s individual needs are increasing. In the clothing industry, due to consumers’ demand is difficult to predict, and the price of clothing items easily fluctuate with the seasons, the apparel industry supply chain is complex and unstable, now combined with the rapid development of e-commerce, which bring a strong impact on the clothing industry and FMCG. How manipulation in a highly competitive business invincible, design and construction of supply chain is critical to the company MH.In this paper, a comprehensive analysis was implement to learn the business scope,operating status, profit model, internal and external environment of company MH. Then we design and construct a new supply chain in order to enhance the company’s overall competitiveness. Features of the new supply chain: establishing a strategic partnership with upstream suppliers and downstream distributors; application of information technology to improve internal information transfer rate, and reduce the circulation.MH is a wholly-owned subsidiary, who was established in 2010 in the domestic apparel market more than a decade of costume design and production, with the professional knowledge and experience as the basis in the high-end clothing market.Company MH is a small enterprises, which leads to many problems generating in the planning, procurement, manufacturing, shipping and returns, such as low efficiency, low accuracy, high inventory and high cost. Today, the rapid development of domestic e-commerce, how to seize market opportunities, to design and build a new type of effective supply chain is critical to the success of the company MH.Finally, a further tracking test is conducted to measures the effect, problems and risks of these improvements. Through performance evaluation and risk assessment, we will propose some solutions and the next research direction. How to have a place in the apparel market and network markets, MH companies need to work hard in the supply chain. |
