Shopping malls as an emerging form of business have gradually become the mainstream of urban business development.The first-line engineering technicians of the business management company are the maintenance and maintenance personnel of various facilities and equipment in the shopping center,and are the core support personnel for the smooth operation of the shopping center.How to use scientific tools to effectively strengthen the quality of first-line engineering technicians and improve operational efficiency faster and more effectively has become a problem that commercial management companies have to solve.From the empirical point of view,this thesis takes XG Shopping Center’s first-line engineering work as the research object,and aims to build and apply the competency model through literature analysis,behavioral event interview and questionnaire survey,in order to serve XG’s human resource management.Work provides help and guidance.The main results obtained in this thesis include:(1)combing the relevant theories of competency model construction,and combining the post-characteristics of first-line engineering technicians,using literature analysis method,behavioral interview method and questionnaire survey method to realize the first-line project of XG company The work survey of the mechanic,the data collection of the competency factors,the implementation of the behavioral event interview,the preparation and investigation of the first-line engineering technician competency model questionnaire,and the analysis and determination of the competency factors.(2)Constructing the first-line engineering technician competency model of XG Shopping Center,and finally getting five public competency factors such as self-management,learning development,normative awareness,knowledge and skills,and service orientation,and a total of 29 competency factors they contain..In view of the problems existing in XG’s human resource management,based on the competency model obtained in this research,how the competency model is based on human resources recruitment,training,performance and compensation in XG company’s human resources The application of the application proposes an implementation plan or a specific management tool,which has certain practical guiding significance.
