With the rapid development of electronic commerce in our country,clothing online shopping has been recognized and accepted by the public,and the O2 O mode of online and offline clothing enterprises is constantly innovating and developing.The development mode of O2 O in garment enterprises makes online consumers go into offline physical stores to experience.Offline consumers pay online,form a series of innovative interactive processes,such as online payment,offline experience,after-sales service and so on.Many garment enterprises are building innovative O2 O marketing model to speed up the innovative development of traditional garment enterprises.This paper takes A clothing company as the research object,and studies the change of its O2 O marketing mode.The structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter introduces the background of O2 O marketing model,and expounds the necessity and research methods of this paper.In the second chapter,the evolution of O 2O marketing mode in garment industry is analyzed,and the O2 O mode,B2 B mode and B2 C mode are compared and analyzed.In the third chapter,the development status of O2 O of A clothing company is introduced,and the O2 O mode of A clothing company is analyzed by SWOT.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems existing in the O2 O mode of A clothing company,the fifth chapter puts forward the necessity and content of optimizing the O2 O mode,and puts forward the development direction in the future.This paper provides a reference case for the improvement and innovation of O2 O marketing mode of garment enterprises in China.Through the study of O2 O mode of A clothing company,this paper puts forward that taking customers as the starting point to meet customer needs,enhance customersundefined experience of O2 O mode,gradually improve and complete the strategic transformation of enterprises,and finally realize the better development of enterprises.
