Research On Information Optimization Of H Company's Comprehensive Budget Management Based On Cloud Computing

With the emergence of new technologies such as Internet +,financial cloud and cloud computing,the implementation of new technology has become a key measure for the company to realize the overall budget and financial strategy transformation and upgrading.In the current situation,which new technology to continuously meet the company's own development needs is not only a serious challenge facing the company in the future,but also a new opportunity on its development path.This study analyzed the current situation of the comprehensive budget management informationization of H Company.It was concluded that the late application of information system and low application efficiency of H company resulted in the poor integration ability of the comprehensive budget management informationization system,which could not effectively reduce its operating costs and improve financial efficiency.Information quality,management risk control,improve the company's ability to make strategic choices.Not only that,this paper also analyzed the specific reasons for H company's backward informatization,mainly including insufficient understanding of informatization construction,imperfect mechanism of informatization construction,lack of system guarantee and norms,inadequate investment in construction funds and talents,etc.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper puts forward a comprehensive budget management informationization research under cloud computing mode based on the combination of traditional budget management mode and Internet information technology.It uses three modules of cloud computing,IaaS,SaaS and PaaS,to optimize H company's overall budget management informationization,and to analyze the company's internal situation.The current situation of extrabudgetary management hopes to break down the spatial barriers between the various departments of H Company,eliminate the information island of comprehensive budget management,and achieve the strategic goal planning of H Company through the refinement of the objectives of various departments and real-time supervision of the business process.
