Since the reform and opening up,more and more companies have entered the world and achieved remarkable and gratifying achievements.However,due to unpredictable changes in the international political,economic and cultural environment and the excessive expansion of Chinese companies,Chinese companies are facing overseas investment projects.The risks are becoming higher and higher,so it is of great significance to strengthen the management and control of overseas investment risks of Chinese companies.With the implementation of the “One Belt and One Road” initiative,Chinese enterprises have invested more and more in infrastructure projects in overseas investment activities.Infrastructure project investment has the characteristics of large engineering volume,long cycle and high risk.It is even more urgent to control and control and build a risk early warning mechanism.This article takes the risks faced by Chinese companies investing in overseas infrastructure projects as the research object,and studies the construction of early warning mechanisms for investment risks of Chinese companies' overseas infrastructure projects.First of all,it systematically sorted out relevant research literature at home and abroad,and defined related concepts.Then it analyzes the types and causes of investment in overseas infrastructure projects,and then analyzes the risk mechanism from three aspects: risk source,risk transmission mechanism and risk acceptor.On this basis,the four major systems of overseas infrastructure project risk investment early warning index evaluation,information processing,analysis management and personnel organization were constructed,and the overseas infrastructure project investment risk early warning evaluation index system and evaluation model were established and the index weights were assigned At the same time,taking the investment of the G project as an example,the constructed risk warning mechanism is used to process the case and make targeted suggestions.Finally,the full text is summarized.
