Study On The Development Policy Of Agricultural Industrialization In Faku County

Faku County is one of the largest grain producing counties in China and agricultural counties in Liaoning Province.The cultivated land area of the whole county is 1.98 million mu,the per capita cultivated land area is 5.4 mu,and the total population is 448000,including 366000 agricultural population and 23000 labor force.Faku is rich in high-quality corn,rice,peanuts,red and dry peppers,green vegetables,grapes,raspberries,hawthorn and other agricultural products.It is one of the first batch of national demonstration areas for export quality and safety of fruits and vegetables,the National County for quality and safety of agricultural products,the county with the most potential for development of the national cattle industry,and the national demonstration county for standardized large-scale breeding of beef cattle and dairy cattle.However,the development of agricultural industrialization in Faku County lags far behind the developed cities in the process of continuous exploration.The difficulty of increasing production and income of farmers has become a prominent problem restricting the economic growth of the county.Therefore,it is worth studying to explore and summarize the experience and problems of the initial connection between Faku County's agricultural industrialization policy and local industrial development,combine the development status of agricultural industrialization policy,consider the relationship between agriculture and other industrial structures,and issue relevant policies to better achieve the goal of Faku agricultural development.First of all,on the basis of clarifying the core concepts and connotation of agricultural industrialization and agricultural industrialization policy,based on the theory of social division of labor,the theory of agricultural weakness,and the theory of transforming traditional agriculture,this paper analyzes the current situation and the effect of Faku County's agricultural industrialization development policy.Secondly,combined with the experience of agricultural industrialization policy at home and abroad,this paper sums up the main problems in the implementation of financial support policy and the development of leading enterprises in Faku County's agricultural industrialization policy,and analyzes the causes of the above problems.Thirdly,combined with the research on the agricultural industrialization policies of the United States,Japan,the Netherlands and the domestic three cities,this paper sums up some enlightenments that can promote the agricultural industrialization development policies of Faku County.Finally,it puts forward the strategies for further development of Faku County's agricultural industrialization policies,such as: promoting the healthy development of all kinds of agricultural economic organizations;promoting the orderly transfer of rural land management rights;improving the policy of supporting the use of funds.
