In recent years,China's economic development has become faster and faster.The income level of the people is increasing and the quality of life is constantly improving.More Chinese tourists choose to travel abroad,and China has become the country with the most outbound tourists.At the same time,the consumption behavior of Chinese tourists traveling abroad has attracted the attention of countries around the world.In 2017,the number of overseas tourists reached 130 million,and the total consumption reached 115.29 billion US dollars,which gradually increased its contribution to the global tourism industry.The border between China and Vietnam is convenient,the culture is the same,and tourism consumption is more economical than going to other countries.The Chinese tourism market to Vietnam is growing,and Chinese tourists have become the largest source of tourism in Vietnam.As a result,tourism industry income is increasing,and the speed of economic development is also increasing.It will play an important role in the stability and rapid development of Vietnam's economy and tourism.I am a Vietnamese student.Although it is known that Chinese tourists are attracted to the beautiful scenery of Vietnam,and there are many visitors,there is no correct data on their tourism consumption behavior research.There are still problems in the development of tourism that need improvement.Danang coastal city is also a strange tourist destination for Chinese tourists.Therefore,I decided to choose Da Nang as the research object of Chinese tourists' consumption behavior.This thesis mainly uses analysis and questionnaires to distribute questionnaires online and interview Chinese tourists.The purpose of doing this is to understand in more detail the performance of Chinese tourists in Da Nang,their motivations for travel,and their consumption behavior.Out of the characteristics,find out the characteristics and rules of the consumption behavior of Chinese tourists who go outbound tourism in Vietnam.After the questionnaire,the statistical characteristics and SPSS software were used to analyze the demographic characteristics of Chinese tourists going to Vietnam.Including their consumption behavior,choice preferences,planning behaviors before travel,etc.,consumer preferences during travel,satisfaction after travel and other factors.In addition,the factors influencing the consumption behavior of Chinese tourists to Vietnam's coastal tourism are analyzed.Cross-analysis was used to examine the differences between each factor in the touristbehavior of tourists with different demographic characteristics.Finally,the analysis results were put forward to countermeasures and suggestions to make Vietnam's tourism industry develop more and more.This paper finds that:(1)Chinese tourists entering Da Nang are mainly from places with direct flights,and women and men are more balanced.Most of the tourists are young people,high education,professional,students,businessmen and The company has a high proportion of employees,with a monthly income of 2,000-4,000 yuan or 4001-7000 yuan at most.Most Chinese tourists have a general understanding of Vietnam's seashore,and this is the first time to visit Da Nang.(2)Tourism motivation is mainly based on sightseeing and leisure vacations.Chinese tourists mainly obtain tourist information through the Internet and recommendations from relatives and friends.The two forms of group travel are free or semi-free.Chinese tourists are more concerned about the safe environment,weather,food,tourist attractions,and sanitation of Da Nang;(3)Chinese tourists prefer to travel with family or friends,colleagues,and classmates.The maximum length of stay for tourists is 3-5 days With 5-7 days.Accommodation preferences are mainly upscale luxury hotels and budget hotels.Chinese tourists like to dine at seaside restaurants and local restaurants.The total tourism consumption is around 3001 to 5000 yuan.The main consumption is shopping and eating;most tourists like to buy handicrafts and souvenirs from Da Nang.(4)In terms of price satisfaction,most tourists to Da Nang think that the price of food is cheaper.In terms of price satisfaction,most of tourists to Da Nang think that the price of food is quite cheap,and the price of transportation and tour guide services Generally,it is not cheap and not too expensive,just to accept the price.In terms of quality satisfaction,the satisfaction of food and attractions is the highest,followed by environmental and public security satisfaction.Service attitude,quality of tour guides,quality of travel agencies and satisfaction with traffic conditions are just average.
