With the dramatic increase in the number of outbound tourists in China,Vietnam is a country bordering on China.Currently,China has become the largest source country of tourists in Vietnam tourism market,especially tourists from Yunnan and Guangxi,convenient and similar outbound travel has been Become one of the ways of national tourism.At the same time,along with the promotion of the "Belt and Road" strategy,tourism has become one of the important driving forces for the economic development of Vietnam.Khanh Hoa Province is one of the important tourist destinations in Vietnam,and its internationally-renowned seaside cities and antique historical sites It has become one of the important tourist destinations for domestic and foreign tourists.In order to better promote tourism development in Vietnam's Khanh Hoa Province and better serve tourists from China,this article studies China's visit to Khanh Hoa Province in the "One Belt,One Road" context.The characteristics of tourists' behaviors,the analysis of their motivations,the factors influencing their decision-making behaviors,and their satisfaction surveys are of great practical significance to Vietnam's relevant departments and tourism companies in developing and excavating larger Chinese tourist markets.This paper firstly studies the research status at home and abroad,and summarizes and summarizes the theory about the behavior of tourists.Based on this,it analyzes the status quo of the development of inbound tourism in Vietnam,the status of outbound tourism of Chinese tourists and the market conditions of Chinese tourists visiting Vietnam in the province of Khanh Hoa.Secondly,through questionnaires,we collect specific information on China's visits to Vietnam's Khanh Hoa Province,and summarize the characteristics of Chinese tourists visiting Vietnam's Khanh Hoa Province through questionnaire surveys.Finally,according to the characteristics of Chinese tourists,the development of the tourism industry provides specific recommendations.The results of the questionnaire analysis showed that the motives of Chinese tourists traveling to Vietnam's Khanh Hoa Province are holiday recreation,visiting friends and relatives,and religious activities.For Chinese tourists visiting Khanh Hoa Province,tourists prefer to buy local specialty foods and tourism.Souvenirs and products such as handicrafts,health products and souvenirs are mainly spent on shopping.Catering and accommodation,and transportation are also more expensive.The tourism cycle is mainly about 6-7 days,with a bachelor's degree and a age of 30.The 39-year-old crowd is the main force of tourism.In terms of tourism projects,most tourists hope that the next tour will be able to participate in adventure activities,experience local folk customs and food culture,etc.Finally,most Chinese tourists are quite satisfied with the formation of this time.Based on the results of the above questionnaire analysis,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)China and Vietnam governments improve the tourism cooperation policy and enhance cooperation benefits;(2)Strengthen the cultural identity of the two countries and promote the cooperative marketing of tourism enterprises of both sides;(3)Development and design It is suitable for Chinese tourists' preference for tourism products to enhance tourists'consumption levels;(4)Improve relevant infrastructure and carry out various tourism projects;(5)Develop cooperation in border tourism between both parties and attach importance to tourists' travel experience.
