Employees are the most fundamental resource in the development of an enterprise.The breakdown of the employee talent team will lead to a long-term mismatch in personnel positions,slow improvement in employee quality,and inefficiency in some positions.At the same time,unscientific,unreasonable,and unconvincing promotion behaviors for individual employees will lead to negative,disappointing,and even angry work emotions for other employees.These negative emotions will in turn affect the stability of corporate employees,reduce overall work efficiency,and cause corporate performance to decline.Employee dissatisfaction with the company's promotion mechanism has become an important cause of low organizational efficiency.Therefore,a sound and effective corporate promotion mechanism can to a large extent promote the improvement of organizational efficiency,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,improve the personal qualities and abilities of employees,and become a key mechanism that enterprise management must attach importance to.A city commercial bank is a local joint-stock commercial bank with first-class legal personality established in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Commercial Bank Law and the Company Law,approved by the CBRC.The city commercial bank H branch has initially formed its own promotion mechanism with its own characteristics in its development,and has played an active role in promoting its development in a certain period of time,but also because of its promotion mechanism in career planning guidance,promotion channels,promotion Steps,promotion conditions,promotion process,promotion post assessment,and post-promotion supervision are inadequate in seven dimensions.This has resulted in frustrated promotion energies for employees of H Branch,which can not better motivate employees and allocate resources.This article sorts out the classic promotion mechanism theories at home and abroad.Based on Peter's principle,career plateau theory,double-step mechanism theory,and competency theory,starting from the connotation of the promotion mechanism,a questionnaire survey is conducted on the status of the promotion mechanism of the city branch H branch.Statistical analysis of the current status of the promotion mechanism,and the lack of current mechanisms are found.Combining classic theories and the characteristics of the city's commercial banks,this paper proposes a career guidancepromotion mechanism,a dual promotion mechanism at the job level,and an expansion mechanism to encourage cross-regional promotion.,Establish a multi-step promotion mechanism for different lines of competition,establish a scientific promotion condition mechanism,establish an open and transparent promotion mechanism,improve the promotion position assessment mechanism,and strengthen the follow-up supervision mechanism for promotion.It also provides a reference for similar banks to establish an optimized and perfect promotion mechanism.
