| The development of Chinese banking industry is an important assistance and support for the social progress.Both the country and society attach great importance to the construction of the banking industry.At present,with the involvement of foreign banks,joint venture banks and private banks,Chinese banking industry has changed the monopoly situation of the five major banks.It provides more opportunities and development space for competition and progress.The state-owned banks are facing a great impact accompanied by the overall situation of banking industry.Obviously it is an urgent thing to make changes for how to strengthen the self management and market competitiveness.Obviously,employees’ sense of belonging and cohesiveness is an important index when enhancing the competitiveness of enterprise.It is an interval impetus for evaluating whether an enterprise can be sustained and rapid development.Therefore,how to enhance the sense of belonging of employees has become an important topic.This paper summarizes the previous research results and analyzes the existing measurement methods.It applies a reasonable measurement tool account for the special circumstance of the banking industry.It takes the Y branch of Agricultural Bank of China as an example.According to the investigation of Y branch’s present situation and employees’ sense of belonging,it considers the following aspects:the utility,participation,domestic relation,objective,and spirit aspect are five levels;the organizational justice,performance assessment,training system and organizational culture are four influencing factors.According to the data analysis,Y branch employees have some drawbacks on the formation of sense of belonging’s domestic relation,spirit aspect and utility.The employees have mind fluctuation among different ages,different working areas and positions.These problems will affect the generation and quality of sense of belonging.So this paper proposed the following management implications:Firstly,enterprise needs reasonable adjustment of salary distribution system.Secondly,it needs scientific arrangement of rotation system.Thirdly,it needs to improve the scientificity and pertinency of training system.Fourthly,it needs to perfect the construction of enterprise culture and provides a better working circumstance.So as to reflects the idea that employees foremost,and employees share same destiny with enterprise.The study found that there is still large room for improving the Y branch employees’ sense of belonging.It needs more scientific and reasonable adjustment and perfection for the organizational justice,performance assessment,training system and organizational culture.It must change in time for the original management methods of banking utilitarian motivation.It also needs to increase employees’ experience in domestic relation and spirit aspect,and make more efforts in promoting enterprise culture.By this way,Y branch employees will have a real stable sense of belonging,so as to make more contribution and assistance to organization in their daily work. |
