Research On Financing Dilemma And Improvement Of Shixingren Technology Company

In order to further promote the healthy development of small and mid-sized enterprise,give play to the role of science and technology enterprise technology driven,promote the domestic enterprises of science and technology level,the more and more policy support for sci-tech minor enterprises,and credit policy open to solve the problem of sci-tech minor enterprises financing difficulties has played a positive role in promoting.However,sci-tech minor enterprise have a large amount of investment capital and high operational risk,so financing is still a major problem faced by sci-tech minor enterprises.Based on this,this paper takes the financing difficulties of sci-tech minor enterprises as the research direction,takes Shixingren technology company as the research case,and adopts a variety of research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis to study their financing problems.Firstly,the existing academic research results were reviewed by literature survey method to understand the current financing status of domestic sci-tech minor enterprises,and analyze the highlights and shortcomings,which served as the theoretical basis for this study.Secondly,the questionnaire survey is conducted on the investors of sci-tech minor enterprises,so as to understand the investors' concerns when investing in sci-tech minor enterprises,and provide guidance for the follow-up research of the paper.Thirdly,taking Shixingren as the specific research object,based on the analysis of its historical financing situation,the paper analyzes the causes of the single financing method,short investment time,high financing cost and significant internal contradictions in the financing process.Finally,combined with the analysis of questionnaire survey results of sci-tech minor enterprises and the analysis of the problems in the financing process and their causes,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.Based on questionnaire,this paper focus on sci-tech minor enterprises financing problems for investigation and study,it is concluded that the cause of trouble is mainly embodied in the internal governance structure,integrity,information system construction,financing guarantee conditions and financial conditions,etc.,and based on the research of Shixingren analysis shows that there exist some problems in the enterprises in these areas.This paper proposes a series of solutions to the financing problem of ten star people.To a certain extent,it effectively solves the financing dilemma of Shixingren,and also provides some directional guidance and theoretical help for sci-tech minor enterprises of the same type to formulate and solve the financing dilemma.In addition,in order to solve the financing difficulties,sci-tech minor enterprises need to rely on external forces in addition to reasonable improvement and optimization.First,to win the government's policy support and financial preferences;Second,to win the recognition and support of Banks and other financial institutions;Third,it is the capital market access mechanism which is led by the industry association and actively guides the development of sci-tech minor enterprises.
