The Research On Contract Coordination Of Fresh E-commerce Supply Chain Quality Control Based On SD

Promoted by the development of e-commerce and the concept of healthy consumption,consumers no longer only pay attention to the quality level of fresh products,but also pay more attention to the quality control level of e-commerce supply chain in the production,sales,distribution and other stages.The improvement of the quality control level of supply chain requires the joint input of members at all levels.How to use effective contracts to coordinate enterprises at all levels to strengthen the quality control of fresh e-commerce supply chain and realize the double optimization of quality control and contract coordination has become an urgent research focus.At present,the relevant research involves two aspects,one is only considering the quality control,the other is the supply chain coordination,but there is still a certain gap in the research with the double optimization of supply chain quality control and supply chain coordination as the goal.Therefore,this paper focuses on the quality control of fresh e-commerce supply chain,and designs different types of contract coordination mechanisms to achieve the coordination and optimization of supply chain quality control.Firstly,the formal contract of "quality reward and punishment + revenue sharing" is designed,and the quality control model of formal contract coordination is constructed by SD method,and the quality control changes of different contract coordination are simulated and analyzed.To a certain extent,the quality reward and punishment contract can encourage manufacturers to strengthen the quality control input in the production link,while the revenue sharing contract can encourage e-commerce to strengthen the quality control input in the sales link,but the combination contract can encourage both parties to jointly strengthen the quality control input in the production and sales link and realize the common optimization of the quality control level of fresh e-commerce supply chain and the benefits of both parties.In view of the limitation of formal contract coordination in the long-term cooperative supply chain,the paper designs the relationship contract based on reputation and future relationship revenue,constructs the quality control relationship contract coordination model by using SD method,and simulates the quality control level of fresh e-commerce supply chain in different sales stages respectively and the best applicable stage of relationship contract.In the two stages,both parties' compliance with the relationship contract will positively affect the quality controllevel and the overall income of the supply chain,but the first sales stage is the best time to implement the relationship contract.In addition,compliance with the relationship contract can promote the stability of the supply chain.
