In order to achieve the purpose of improving supply chain quality management performance,supply chain enterprises should work together to make quality decisions.As each of supply chain enterprises to maximize their own profit as goal in quality decisions and information asymmetry,resulting in "double marginalization",adverse selection and moral hazard,makes supply chain quality control process imbalance.The relational contract coordination to supply chain quality control is an important method to achieve long-term cooperation among supply chain enterprises,it carries out "self-implementation" constraints for quality improvement effort term that cannot be observed immediately,thereby avoiding and preventing the opportunistic behavior of supply chain quality improvement system.This paper intends to use system dynamics to study the coordination mechanism of supply chain quality control from the perspective of relational contract,explore ways to encourage supply chain members at all levels to work together in quality control processes,improve supply chain members and the overall performance,so as to provide theoretical guidance for supply chain core enterprise makes coordinated decisions of quality control.Firstly,the paper establishes system dynamics model of supply chain quality control.Through the simulation analysis,it is concluded that the optimal quality investment decision of supplier is to provide a high level of product quality grade rate to improve the production quality of product,the optimal quality investment decision of seller is to increase unit sale quality effort to improve the sale quality of products,when the two sides of supply chain are committed to improving the quality of product,the quality of product,the profit of supply chain members and the overall performance are the biggest ones;Secondly,the paper establishes system dynamics model of formal contract coordination to supply chain quality control.The simulation results show that revenue sharing contract can improve the level of quality improvement effort of two sides and obtain the optimal proportion of profit sharing to distribute rationally among supply chain members;Then,focus on the establishment of system dynamics model of relational contract coordination to supply chain quality control on the basis of formal contract coordination model.By simulation,infers that relational contract can also achieve the purpose of controlling the quality of product in supply chain within the range of the optimal profit sharing proportionparameter;When the discount factor is greater than the threshold,it can achieve "self-implementation" constraints for supply chain members at all levels;In the case where relational contract is satisfied for incentive compatibility constraints of supply chain members at all levels,the greater the discount factor is,the stronger the "self-implementation" is.Finally,by the comparative analysis of formal and relational contract coordination model,concludes that the relational contract coordination to the quality of product and the profit of enterprises in supply chain is higher than that of the formal contract,and solves the issue of contract itself constraint or execution no strong.
