Reseach On Tax Risk Management Of Large Enterprises In Baotou

As an important force of national taxation,large enterprises have more difficulty in tax management and generate more tax risks due to their large scale and complex business.Therefore,tax risk management of large enterprises arises at the historic moment.And the foundation of the management of large enterprises is still in the grassroots management of large enterprises.Starting with the concepts and theoretical foundation of tax risk management of large enterprises,this paper describes the management development process and the functions and responsibilities of the management institutions as well as the actual work of Baotou city in detail.Then,taking the management of the special equipment manufacturing industry in Baotou city as an example,the paper introduces the application of risk management in large enterprises and the phased achievements of tax risk management in large enterprises in Baotou city from "data acquisition-risk analysis-risk response-treatment and feedback assessment" in detail.On this basis,the paper analyzes the problems and their causes of tax risk management of large enterprises in Baotou city,such as unsmooth mechanism,unclear responsibilities,low degree of personnel specialization and limited risk identification accuracy.Finally,by summing up the management experience at home and abroad,in order to strengthen the service and management of prefecture-level large enterprises,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions,such as improving the management,clarifying the responsibilities,enhancing the degree of specialization,carrying out personalized services,and strengthening the information management and tax.
