As the foundation of China's industry,equipment manufacturing enterprise is the strategic focus on deployment of "Made in China 2025" planning.With the increasingly serious environmental problems,the characteristics of equipment manufacturing enterprises "high input,high energy consumption,high pollution,low output" are increasingly prominent.In recent years,Developed countries set up green trade barriers about environmental protection and technical standards to China's equipment manufacturing enterprises than before,in addition,as China has made a commitment to ensure China's carbon dioxide emissions will reach the peak in 2030,so our countries have introduced a series of environmental regulation policy,to increase control on enterprises environmental behavior.Domestic strict environmental regulation policy and international sharp green trade barrier make the equipment manufacturing enterprises which is high energy consumption and high pollution to improve their green competitiveness urgently.The urgent task of cultivating the green competitiveness of equipment manufacturing enterprises in China is to construct the green competitiveness evaluation system which combines the characteristics of the equipment manufacturing enterprises to objectively and directly assess the comprehensive situation of the green competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing enterprises in China as a basis for the enterprise to diagnose and improve the green competitiveness.The life cycle theory considers that all links are mutually independent and closely related,are possible through a certain method and technology for green transformation,the formation and reflection of the enterprise's green competitiveness.Therefore,this article from the perspective of life cycle,try to construct green competitiveness evaluation index system of equipment manufacturing enterprises which connect whole process of product life cycle,for enterprises to improve the green competitiveness.In the first part,based on the review of domestic and foreign research,this paper defines the concepts of green competitiveness,equipment manufacturing enterprises and the life cycle,and analyzes related literature of the classical competitiveness theory,green competitiveness theory and green competitiveness evaluation basis.Based on the theory of the formation and development of enterprise competitiveness theory,this paper leads to an important part of the study of enterprise competitiveness-the theory of green competitiveness of enterprises,the green competitive theory discusses that the premise of obtaining the highest competitive advantage is to take into account the environmental benefits and economic benefits.And then based on the discussion of the evaluation of green competitiveness,this paper selected the life cycle theory as a research perspective.In the second part,on the basis of relevant literatures,this paper combined with the specific circumstances of the industry,from the perspective of life cycle,systematically studies the composition and influencing factors of green competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing enterprises from product design to product disposal,constructs the evolution model construction of the life cycle of various factors that affect the formation of green the competitiveness of enterprises.Then,using the Delphi method and AHP method to combines quantitative and qualitative analysis to test and determine the weight of the index system,and finally constructs evaluation index system of the equipment manufacturing enterprise green competitiveness that including 6 first-level indicators and 21 second-level indicators which is multi stages and multi level.In the third part,according to the evaluation index system,this paper chooses Daqo Group as an empirical study example who is the China's leading group of electrical equipment for empirical research,then analyzes the result of the green competitive development trend of Daqo Group from 2007 to 2016,the results show that the indexes of green competitiveness in Daqo Group are on the rise,and there are differences between indicators :green disposal ability,green manufacturing ability and green design ability are better than green material supply capacity,green service ability and green disposal ability.The results are verified by reason analysis,which proves the accuracy and practicability of the design.At the end of the article,summarizes the research results and puts forward some policy suggestions to provide the decision-making basis for the sustainable development of equipment manufacturing enterprises.
