In recent years,as China's economy continued to improve,the rapid development of Internet technology,China's catering market has greatly increased,there has been O2 O new catering mode,and go to modernization,networking,chaining and specialization development momentum.China's catering industry in the growth stage,the digital management awareness gradually enhanced,to the enterprises' s future,all the business need to be digitization,through the data to understand the environment and examine itself,provide a reliable basis for decision-making for the enterprise,a large number of catering chain enterprises to adapt to the trend of the introduction of ERP intelligent management system in order to improve the management level of technology to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.China's catering industry will not only face the fierce market competition,but also face China promulgated the anti-corruption in the end of 2012,it also impact on the decline in turnover of the catering industry.The profit space of the catering industry is compressed,and the main factors are the costs and expenses.The costs and the expenses of the catering industry involve many sectors and the scope of the extensive project,which affects every aspect of the enterprise.Effective control of operation costs and expenses have become an important means for enterprises to improve their economic performance.Therefore,systemically implementing cost control is particularly important.Mr Bai Catering Operation Co.Ltd.is not only and also in the rising point of the optimization of ERP systems,due to the implementation phase is non-adaptive.Raw materials,labor,rent and other operating costs is rising,cost management is weak,cost calculation method is not reasonable,the low efficiency of cost accounting.This thesis is based on ERP system optimization,through researching the cost control method of enterprise,surveying thoroughly the process of enterprise,and combining the cost control of Mr Bai Catering Operation Co.Ltd,put forward the optimization plan of the scientific and systematic cost control of Mr Bai Catering Operation Co.Ltd.The research order : the first chapter presents the background and significance of this research,the literature review at home and abroad,and the content and thinking of this research.The second chapter introduces the concept of cost control in ERP system.The third chapter introduces the current situation of cost control by using the characteristics of production and operation,the implementation status of ERP system and the description of the company's cost control method.The fourth chapter points out the problems of cost control in the ERP system from the aspects of cost accounting method,procurement,inventory,ordering,sales,member management and employee performance appraisal.The fifth chapter puts forward the improvement measures to the problems in chapter 4.Chapter 6 puts forward preventive Suggestions on cost control risk.Chapter 7 summarizes and prospects.
