With the expansion of economic scale and influence,China achieved a catering income of approximately 3.6 trillion yuan in 2016,accounting for 10.8% of the total retail sales of consumer goods.The growth rate was 0.4 percentage points faster than the sales of goods.However,due to the differences between China's geographic regions and the size of many enterprises,the largest chain catering company has sold more than RMB 40 billion,which is a typical“big market,small business”pattern.Therefore,there are a lot of practical difficulties in the human resources management of chain restaurants,including the concept and system,the problems of the practitioners themselves,the problems of the development of the times,the problems in the formulation and implementation of management models,and so on.The author's observation of the reality of human resource management in the catering industry is mainly due to the following three problems: the lack of talents,the problems of personnel training and organizational development,and the iterative problems of management models.The reasons for this analysis are mainly 1.The continuous changes in talent demand,2.The imperfect personnel training system,3.The salary and performance appraisal system are lagging,and 4.The new technology brings changes in employment concepts and employment opportunities.The main point of this paper proposes to strengthen the "people-oriented" core management philosophy,change the management mode of employees through the "Amoeba",change from passive to active,from supervision to autonomy,from strict organization to "self-organization" form.And put forward and draw lessons from the latest sharing economy model in the industry.The future trend is the human-sharing platform model to address the core issues of personnel mobility and talent.The realization of the sharing platform is based on the industry's Internet-based and data-based operations as the cornerstone,changing the enterprise into a platform,making the original element of the company's "person" from the employment relationship into a future task-centric "sharing model." People are transformed from the solidified production elements into relatively free individuals,thereby greatly inspiring and releasing their enormous space and potential.
