"Internet +" has opened up a new era,the latest data shows that artificial intelligence,blockchain,Internet finance,sharing economy,short video,live broadcast and other fields are rapidly developing and iterating.The number of Internet users in China has exceeded 770 million,which means that the Internet industry has a strong foundation for triumph.Under the new era,the management of enterprises,especially the improvement of human resources management level,will have more significance for enhancing their competitiveness for competitiveness.Under the background of the rapid development of the information industry,the recruitment channels of the new era have changed tremendously compared with the traditional recruitment methods,and the competition for talents has also intensified.For small and medium-sized enterprises still in the startup stage,the importance of talent has a crucial impact on the competitiveness of enterprises.Small and medium-sized enterprises have their own limitations,and they cannot compare with large and medium-sized enterprises in terms of manpower,material resources and financial resources.However,it has the characteristics of coping with market flexibility and extensive management,making it the fastest growing new technology force.In terms of enterprise management,many internal small and medium-sized Internet e-commerce enterprises have caused the managers to recognize the importance of human resource management and begin to improve the level of human resource management.This paper firstly introduces the background of the topic,through the elaboration and analysis of the research object and the research theories of experts and scholars at home and abroad to clarify the purpose and significance of the research.Secondly,the paper introduces the relevant theories and the new characteristics of human resource management in the recruitment of small and medium-sized enterprises under the background of "Internet +",and further clarified the influence of the recruitment channels in the new era.Then,taking C Company,a small and medium-sized enterprise,which has developed rapidly in recent years as an example.This paper expounds the current situation of recruitment and the use of recruitment channels in C Company,and studies the effectiveness of its recruitment channels from four aspects of recruitment efficiency: recruitment cost,recruitment quality and the matching degree between post and salary through data analysis,and explores the actual recruitment channels in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises.To explore the effectiveness of the actual use of employee recruitment channels in the management of small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on the analysis of individual case,the human resource management model for small and medium-sized enterprises is proposed to establish the Internet and big data thinking,improve the human resource management system;pay attention to the value of talents,pay attention to the emotional experience and value appeal of employees;the interactivity of the network channel directly hits the pain points of the traditional recruitment website;build employer brand,use precisepositioning to enhance enterprise talent competitiveness.And it is hoped that it will have certain reference significance for other small and medium-sized enterprises.
