Competitions among enterprises have been turned into the competitions of human resources,as the social economics develop continuously.Human resource draws widely attention,since it is one of the most important resources of an enterprise.Recruitment,which is an important way of bringing in the human resource,is not only a significant means to organize human resource,but also the vital fuel to maintain the organization's continuous improvement.However,current human resource recruitment systems in many enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises,have extremely low effectiveness.This paper defines the fundamental concepts of small and medium-sized financial enterprise and the recruitment effectiveness at first;second,the main factors,which influences the enterprise recruitment effectiveness,are analyzed with the help of references.Furthermore,S enterprise is taken as an instance,to solve the problem of enterprise human resource system by using the latest research achievements,included hierarchy of needs theory,human resources management capability theory,enterprise culture theory and utility analysis theory,and by re-considering kinds of recruitment tools and methods.
